Employee vs Entrepreneur.

The age old question of nature vs nurture is very much alive in the people I speak with on a daily basis. While we are a society that prizes entrepreneurs because Entrepreneurs make a difference. They not only have great ideas, but also the drive to make them a reality. They use their fresh thinking and hard work to create positive social change – bringing new concepts and products to market, and creating jobs and wealth.
Are you an entrepreneur? Have you felt the itch? Do you wonder if it is something you were born with or maybe you worry that you were not born with it?
The short answer is that there is no crystal ball. There is no shame in being an employee anymore than there is in being an entrepreneur. The choice is between how you want to spend your time and for who’s ultimate benefit. We all have different ways of looking at that equation. It has been my goal through my practice to help people define if business ownership IS a viable option for them. Very often it is not.
