True wealth in franchising comes from the bigger picture – running multiple units. Once you have that first unit open there is not much difference in running 3 – from that point there isn’t much difference to running 6+….it becomes your enterprise in-of-itself. With the operational staff in place for the 3+ then it becomes more profitable on your bottom line.
